The mission of conductivity: how do things become controllers?

Physics-Engineering Laboratory

Through hands-on research, students will observe how conductive and non-conductive materials transmit signals. They will also become familiar with electrical circuits, programming logic, design creation, and will select unconventional controllers to use for operating robots.

Holographic sculptures

Smart City Laboratory

In this workshop, participants will immerse themselves in an interactive journey through time and explore the mysteries of Greek culture. Students will create 3D holographic projections of sculptures, bringing the ancient world into the present – and even the future. This is where science, art, and innovative technologies will come together.

Game developers

Robotics-IT Laboratory

You will take on the role of a game designer and build an interactive worl from start to finish: you will draw characters, program their behavior, and think through the plot. Both real and imagined environments will serve as inspiration for this.

The World of Colors

Biology-Chemistry Laboratory

An experimental education that combines science and creativity. By analyzing color placement, contrasts, symbolism, and their interactions, participants will create unique artistic images using the micropipetting technique.

City of the Future: The Water Challenge

Smarty City Laboratory

In this engaging architecture workshop, students will work with sand, clay, soil, greenery, and stones to observe soil properties and solve urban water management challenges. The workshop will be enhanced by smart micro:bit sensors, which will help demonstrate how future cities are designed to withstand heavy rain and flooding.

How Much Water is in a Glass?

Biology-Chemistry Laboratory

In this activity, students will test laboratory equipment and its functions, putting them into practice by measuring water and other liquids. Through an experiment, participants will discover which container measures liquid volume most accurately while exploring measurement accuracy, margin of error, and liquid loss. Working in teams, they will also plan and conduct a scientific investigation – formulating an objective, hypothesis, and tasks, performing tests, and presenting their results and conclusions.

AI Trainer: Teach a Computer to See!

Robotics-IT Laboratory

In this educational session, students will become artificial intelligence trainers – training, testing, and refining a real machine learning model until it performs accurately. Participants will experience what the world looks like from a computer’s perspective and answer key questions: why is it sometimes easy and sometimes difficult for an AI to distinguish things that humans recognize instantly? What does it take to prevent model errors and maximize accuracy?

Catch the Sound!

Physics-Engineering Laboratory

In this educational session, students will conduct various experiments: observing oscillations and their propagation through sound waves, analyzing wave propagation, frequency, amplitude, and resonance, and exploring ultrasound, acoustic levitation, and Chladni figures. Throughout the activity, sound will transform from an everyday phenomenon into a physics subject that can be observed, investigated, and explained.
